A school bus driver in Utah has been accused of being racist after he dragged a biracial student beside the bus. The child had been getting off the bus when the driver closed the doors on the kid's backpack and dragged him alongside the bus for about 150 feet. The kid's mother claimed that this wasn't an accident, but racially motivated.

When questioned the driver said he wasn't racist and quote, "Look at my dog.  He's as black as could be."

The mother is not seeking to get money, she just wants criminal charges filed and for the school district to take disciplinary action.

The bus driver, who is 78, retired shortly after the incident.
